There is a bug in the file that needs to be fixed immediately. Please report the issue to our customer support team at help@viewster.com. We need the following information from you: title of the movie or TV show, device (PC, smart phone, tablet), browser version (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer) and the country you are currently in. It usually takes a couple of days to fix the issue.
